Age 3.

Do you have any formal singing training?
Yes, a couple of private voice classes in college.

What other talents do you have?
I’m a portrait artist, an athlete (wrestling, soccer, diving, and hockey...is table tennis considered a sport?), and a mediocre break-dancer.

If you don’t make it on AMERICAN IDOL, what will you do?
I’ll go back to school and probably pursue a career in medicine while continuing to do what I love most - backyard wrestling!! Okay, maybe just music.

What are your personal goals in life?
Have a family and enjoy what I do.

What album would your friends be surprised you own?
“Around the World in a Day” - Prince and The Revolution.

I inherited my first CD from my oldest brother: “Legend” - Bob Marley & The Wailers.

“Riding with the King” - Eric Clapton and BB King.

Forrest Gump.

Rock and Roll.

“I’ll Be Home For Christmas”.

I don’t know.

If you couldn’t sing, which talent would you most like to have?
Polar bear swimming.

What has been your proudest moment in life so far?
When a couple I had helped through some hard times got married.

What is your definition of an AMERICAN IDOL?
An American Idol is someone whose character is worth idolizing.

Why do you want to be an AMERICAN IDOL?
That’s a trick question. I want to win this competition to do what I love and get paid for it.

How could I pick just one?!

What advice do you have for other hopefuls?
Love the music in yourself, not yourself in the music.

I can speak fluent Spanish.
