When did you first start to sing?
6 yrs old.
Do you have any formal singing training?
In college for couple months and right before I auditioned for AI.
What other talents do you have?
I understand teenagers and what they go through. I give my spare time
to our youth through our Masters Commission.
If you don’t make it on AMERICAN IDOL, what will you do?
I would continue to give my free time to our youth. Outreach for the youth.
What are your personal goals in life?
Dedicate time to the youth.
What album would your friends be surprised you own?
My friends and I are very open and not much would surprise them.
What is the first CD you ever bought?
Mariah Carey.
What is in your CD player right now?
Tevin Campbell.

My parents.

Jazz.

I was at a freshman/school concert, the first note that came out was horribly
flat, and it was so embarrassing.
If you couldn’t sing, which talent would you most like to have?
Play the piano.
What has been your proudest moment in life so far?
Having the opportunity to be in the top 32 for American Idol.
What is your definition of an AMERICAN IDOL?
Someone who has the ability to touch people’s lives in a positive
way.
Why do you want to be an AMERICAN IDOL?
I want to be that someone that leaves a legacy on people’s lives.
Who is your favorite judge and why?
Every judge is different. Each of their comments and advice is taken with
extreme importance.
Who is your least favorite judge and why?
Each judge is important as their advice and comments are crucial to my
success.
What advice do you have for other hopefuls?
Have passion, commitment and focus on the reason why you are doing what
you enjoy.
What would people be surprised to learn about you?
I’m a very open minded person; I share a lot of my thoughts with
friends and family as they are my biggest support system. I love The Carpenters,
Abba, the greats from the ‘60s & ‘70s, Bee Gees, and Chicago.
